Since 2014, Manuel has been providing professional consulting services to clients in the non-profit, private/public education, and science and technology sectors. From strategic planning to effective story-telling, his focus is to always assist his clients in continuing and further developing their organization's mission and vision.

Manuel worked as an educator, teaching middle school math, and as a public and private education administrator. He has also employed his services in various business sectors developing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies; leadership development; and business planning. He currently serves as Executive Director of one of the oldest Latinx LGBTQ+ organizations in the United States.
